Is it good?
Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.50 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
Great place to start if you don't know how or you haven't done a regular workout in some time. I work out from home, and I often forget to. This is a great way to get it a workout done quick and start to get yourself back into training regularly!
Simple and straightforward. I've only used it twice so far, but I plan to keep going with it. It breaks up the workout in intervals and gradually increases the challenge with each workout.
