As you progress through the game, you will unlock new restaurants and get different upgrades for each of them. This way, as soon as you have unlocked a few of them (and made enough money), you can buy a bigger restaurant that will allow you to increase profits even more. And so on until you have built yourself an entire restaurant empire!
