Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 3.80 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.
App was working great, now after a few weeks, can not get notifications. Every time I open the settings, it has defaulted back to no schedules set with no events. I purchased this camera to keep an eye on pets. Live feed works great but cloud is not storing movement. If residence is burglarized, no evidence. After contacting customer support, they were able to explain how to correct the problem. The camera has to be deleted and go through complete install including hooking to router.
New to this it's a learning experience. And each day I AM learning something new or Its teaching me on its own it tells and shows new and different things about the app and about the Camera. If you Got a few minutes amcrest cloud will teach you a few things. You will be Ready to do bigger and better things. with the amcrest Camera's and apps .Thanks VERY Helpful
