Well, as a top-performing app with an overall rating of 4.60 I can only add what people who have tried it are saying.

Setting up a profile was easy (needed an Amazon website Account) There are prompts to guide you through the application to keep you informed. The verification process of identity and insurance was smooth. And I had a knowledgeable and caring physician Natasha M. who took 2 minutes prior to our appt via video look at my chart. The app does need access to your camera and microphone. So if you are leery of that, telemedicine might not be for you LOL I'm just going to reinstall if I need it again.

I got answers to questions, lots of post visit information to read and consider and great advice from an RN with 10 yrs of hospital experience. Occasional audio drops made it a complete tele-health experience is my only complaint. I asked about a rare prescription and she checked if they prescribe that and saved me $10 and another visit. 5 Stars
